Refund policy

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. T's and C's apply.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused and unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The purchaser will carry the cost of the courier fee for any items exchanged.

Please note that exchange will need to be sent to the address provided in response to your email.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a an exchange shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Exchange items for another size or receive a store credit in order to purchase something more suited for you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Washed, stretched or damaged by own use of items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Exchange policy charges

Exchange policy fees will be paid by the purchaser which means that you will be liable to pay the full cost of the courier for the items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the items you have, and once the exchange is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item. With your store credit.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the garment is being shipped into the European Union. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Exchanges will take longer due to shipping requirements. 


Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, we will let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically receive store credit for the items you bought within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your store credit to become available.
